Every month, a letter arrives — filled with true stories of triumph or little moments that spark joy, and living proof that a single day, a single moment, a single letter can change your day, your week....maybe even your life. Each letter contains 3 parts: The Joy Letter, The Joy Challenge and The Joy Spreader.

Each letter carries a challenge rooted in that month's story — sometimes gentle, sometimes stretching. Use your QR code to submit a photo, video, or note capturing you completing your joy challenge. After 12 months, you'll receive Your Year in Joy — a book built from all the moments you've shared.
